- Rates for our jobs vary due to the type of work being performed and the number of hours and materials needed. Depending on the scope of work, we can do it on an hourly or a contracted basis.
- What payment options do you offer?
- Lazer Construction accepts checks, cash, and major credit cards *.
- How long does it typically take for the work on my house to begin?
- Schedules will vary by location and time of year. Once the scope of work is determined you will receive current information.

- Lazer Construction is a State Certified Building Contractor, meaning they can service the entire State of Florida. Lazer Construtcion specializes in servicing the Southwest Florida area.
- Who does your work?
- Lazer Construction uses a well-trained labor force to complete your project. Lazer Construction directly employs personnel and uses pre-screened subcontractors to complete your project. Lazer Construction uses subcontractors where required by law and where best utilized to meet your schedule. Many of the subcontractors have worked as many as 13 years directly with the President of Lazer Construction, Chris Alley. Once your scope of work has been determined, you will know exactly who will be working on your project.
